How Your Warranty Works

Arizona Turf Masters installs turf. We do not manufacture it. Your project is covered by two separate warranties.

Our installation warranty. Every install includes our two-year installation and workmanship warranty, covering the installation work we perform. The terms are set out in your service agreement.

The manufacturer's product warranty. The turf itself is warranted by its manufacturer, not by Arizona Turf Masters. The length depends on the product you choose, up to 15 years, and some putting surfaces carry shorter terms. Many manufacturer warranties are prorated and exclude things like matting, normal wear, and melting from reflected window glass. The manufacturer's written warranty for your product sets the coverage. Ask us for a copy.

Have an issue? Call (480) 751-4343. We will look at it, tell you which warranty applies, and help you file with the manufacturer if it is a product issue.

Arizona Turf Masters does not issue, extend or guarantee manufacturer product warranties. The manufacturer decides product warranty claims under its written terms. AZ ROC 234276, licensed, bonded and insured.
