Does it get hot?
Yes, it gets warm, comparable to your rock or pavement. However, it cools down pretty quickly when sprayed off with a hose. You can also put umbrella sleeves in the turf to allow for movable shade.
Can a window reflection melt my turf?
IN SOME INSTANCES, YES. BE wary OF WINDOWS AND OTHER REFLECTIVE OBJECTS NEAR YOUR TURF.
Is it safe for my kids and pets to play on?
We offer the highest quality artificial turf, and we independently test our products to ensure they are free of heavy metals and lead.
Do I need a border?
There are several options when it comes to edging and bordering your turf.
No Border: Also called a “natural finish” where the turf just ends into rock or other surface.
Concrete Curbing or Poured Concrete: choose your style and color
Pavers: Pick from many paver options, styles, and colors
Steel Edging: Available in several color options

Do I need HOA Approval?
Most of the time yes depending on your area. We can help you determine this.
What if my neighbor's Dog goes on my grass?
It's ok, normal clean up, it will not hurt the turf.
How long will it last?
10-15 years is the normal life expectancy on turf.
